Any obstacles placed at the back of the unit can cause a sudden stoppage of the unit due to the overheating. Please remove everything in this area to prevent this problem.

Check Main Power supply.

Does any Beep sound comes? Run AC manually from Display PCB button or if AC starts please change the remote battery

When the AC compressor is running, it creates slight vibrations. The sound may seem louder due to the resonance sound if the unit is installed on a Iron or glass window or above door or at height ( more than 6feet).

This noise occurs often right after starting/stopping the air conditioner for a while as the refrigerant flows around in the unit. This is quite normal. There is nothing wrong with your air conditioner.

Remove the Water plug cap from the base of WAC or adjust the piepe at back if installed

Not to Worry, Normal Air cutting noise.

1. Unplug the power cord.or switch off the AC from Mains
2. Open the vent grille from the bottom or side of the unit.
3. Take the air filter (black net) out 4. Wash the filter under running water& wait untill it gets dry.

Please check the mode. In case it is running on fan mode please change to cool mode by remote handset.

It takes approx 3 minutes to have the cold air working again from the time of stopping the operation to restarting the unit. It automatically starts operating after 3 minutes. It is called "3 minutes delay function". This is the protection device.

(Common) It all depends on the surrounding environments. But normally it's approximately 1.5 times of the actual floor space. ? For normal household use - Select the air conditioner depending on the size of dinning room.

Change temperature setting to 22~25 degrees
Change the vantilation setting to close position
Check the open windows or any leakages in the room and close all the outlets of outside air
Check if any obstacle in the return air path and remove the obstacles from the return air path.
Check if any direct sunlight is falling on unit and direct sunlight should not fall on unit.

Stop the unit and unplug the power cord. Wait for a while and plug the cord back and try it again. If the problem continues, contact the customer service center.

If you recently renovated the house or bought a new furniture, varnish and painting smells can be mixed with cooling air from the air conditioner and causes bad odor. Ventilate more frequently. The odor will disappear after a couple of ventilations.

You need not to worry, it’s a normal sound of plastice expansion & contraction

The outdoor unit is designed to be outside. It will not rust easily with the rain. You can leave it under the rain as you do with your car.

Check to see if the fan speed is 'high'. Please select 'low' before you go to bed to reduce the noise. For instance, it's like if you turn the electric fan to 'high' speed, the noise gets louder but the noise decreases when you select 'medium' or 'low' speed.

The efficiency of pipes deteriorates up to 20-30% (in the scale of 100) as the length of the pipe getting longer. It forces COMP to over-work resulting less cooling. The best length for 1.5tr should be 2 meters.
